Our Service Programs
Get the perfect lawn.
Evergreen’s Lawn Program is designed to deliver the absolute best results. The 6-Application program and timing may change based on climatic and agronomic conditions to best suit your lawn’s needs.
Our program is applied six times per year:

- Early Spring – Liquid application of pre- and post-emergent weed controls for crabgrass and broadleaf weeds such as dandelions, thistle and henbit.
- Spring – Granular and/or liquid application of Evergreen’s best slow-release, balanced fertilizer to stimulate spring “green-up.” Weed control applied as needed.
- Summer – Granular and/or liquid application of Evergreen’s best slow-release, balanced fertilizer. Weed and insect control applied as needed.
- Late Summer – Granular and/or liquid application of Evergreen’s best slow-release, balanced fertilizer. Weed and insect control applied as needed.
- Fall – Granular and liquid application of pre- and post-emergent weed controls for the control of early-germinating Fall grasses and broadleaf weeds.
- Winter – Liquid application of pre- and post-emergent weed controls to extend the winter weed protection.
Healthy trees and shrubs.
Evergreen’s Tree and Shrub Program is designed to help your plants reach their true potential by providing maximum growth efficiency for healthy, beautiful trees and shrubs.
Our Tree and Shrub Program is applied three to four times per year:
- Dormant/Horticultural Oil – Controls overwintering insects such as scale, aphids and spider mites.
- Spring Deep-Root Fertilization – Our specially formulated, deep-root, balanced fertilizer with iron/micronutrients encourages strong root and top growth; increases fruiting and flowering; and improves insect and disease resistance – thus making plants greener and healthier.
- Late Summer Insect and Disease Control – Inspection and treatment to control seasonal insects and disease activity.
- Early Winter Deep-Root Fertilization – The best time to feed your landscape’s trees and shrubs (after our summer’s devastating heat and drought stress) to help prevent winter injury.

At Evergreen, our most popular mosquito control treatment is our barrier protection spray program. Applied by our professional applicators, this acclaimed, trusted and dependable mosquito control solution eliminates mosquitoes on contact. The barrier spray is applied around your home and throughout your landscape so that it bonds to foliage and continues working for up to 30 days. Residual effects depend on the impact of rain and weather elements. Within 30 minutes of spraying, your yard is ready for family and pets to come out and play.

That’s more than fire and flooding combined. And their destruction knows no bounds because any home, regardless of its construction type, can offer the ideal combination of warmth, moisture, and food for a termite attack. Additionally, many homeowners’ insurance plans won’t cover any of the damage.
